Guidelines for Use of Høyseth Camping Sauna
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly ask that the following guidelines be observed:
Before Use
- Use of the sauna is entirely at your own risk.
- Individuals with heart or cardiovascular conditions, high blood pressure, pregnancy, or other health concerns should consult a physician before using the sauna.
- Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- Guests under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances may be denied access.
Hygiene
- Please shower before using the sauna whenever possible.
- Always use a towel underneath your entire body when sitting or lying on the benches.
- Swimwear or a towel must be worn while using the sauna.
- Keep the sauna clean and tidy during and after use.
Safety
- Do not pour any liquids other than clean water onto the heater without permission.
- Moving the heater or any other technical equipment is not permitted.
- Exercise caution when using the sauna; surfaces and the heater may become extremely hot.
- Avoid running or engaging in other risky activities in and around the sauna.
- Glass bottles and other glass objects are not permitted inside the sauna.
Respect and Consideration
- Show consideration for other guests and users.
- Loud music, disruptive behaviour, or excessive noise is not permitted.
- Littering is prohibited. All waste must be taken with you or disposed of in the designated waste bins.
- Smoking and the use of open flames are prohibited in the sauna.
After Use
- Please leave the sauna at the agreed time so that the next guest can begin their session as scheduled.
- Ensure that all personal belongings are taken with you when you leave.
- Notify Høyseth Camping Sauna if any damage, faults, or deficiencies are discovered.
Liability
- Guests are responsible for any damage resulting from improper use or failure to comply with these guidelines.
- Høyseth Camping Sauna is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- In the event of a breach of these guidelines, Høyseth Camping Sauna reserves the right to terminate the session without refund.
